By purchasing from Porch & Vine, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review carefully before placing your order.

1. Our Services

Porch & Vine provides seasonal pumpkin delivery and porch styling services. Each display is curated to reflect your selected package, porch layout, and availability of pumpkins and décor. Displays may include pumpkins of various shapes, colors, and sizes, along with seasonal accents.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Because our pumpkins are farm-fresh and seasonal, all orders are final once placed.

  • Availability is limited and fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Refunds, Cancellations & Changes

  • No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be granted once an order is confirmed.

  • Orders may not be modified within 72 hours of scheduled delivery.

  • In rare cases where Porch & Vine cannot fulfill your order due to supply or weather conditions, we reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value or provide a credit toward a future order.

4. Pumpkin Freshness & Longevity

  • Pumpkins are natural, perishable products that vary in size, shape, and color.

  • We carefully hand-select for quality, but cannot guarantee how long pumpkins will last. Longevity depends on weather, temperature, pests, moisture, and handling after installation.

  • Porch & Vine is not responsible for pumpkins that deteriorate after delivery.

5. Customer Responsibilities

By placing an order, you agree to:

  • Ensure safe and accessible delivery/installation space at the scheduled time.

  • Maintain the display after delivery.

  • Understand that we are not responsible for damage caused by weather, wildlife, or post-delivery handling.

6. Photography & Marketing Consent

Porch & Vine may photograph styled displays for use in marketing materials, social media, and advertising. Customer names, addresses, and personal details will never be shared without prior consent.

7. Liability

  • Porch & Vine is not liable for damage to property during delivery, setup, or removal.

  • Once installation is complete, responsibility for display maintenance rests with the customer.

  • By booking, you agree to hold harmless Porch & Vine LLC, and its representatives from any claims related to display maintenance, property issues, or personal injury.

8. Modifications to Terms

Porch & Vine reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and considered effective immediately.
