At Porch & Vine, we believe a beautifully decorated porch is more than seasonal décor—it's a warm welcome home.

We create custom pumpkin displays for homes, businesses, and special events throughout Central Illinois. From delivery and professional styling to optional end-of-season removal, we handle every detail so you can simply enjoy the beauty of fall.

Ordering is easy!

1. Choose Your Package – Select the package that's the best fit for your porch or entryway. Not sure which one to choose? We're happy to help.

2. Place Your Order – Complete your order online and upload a photo of your front entry. This helps us plan a display that's tailored to your home.

3. Confirmation – You'll receive an email confirming your order, and we'll contact you with your scheduled delivery date as the season approaches.

4. Delivery & Installation – On delivery day, we'll bring your pumpkins to your home. If you've selected our Design & Installation service, we'll professionally style your display for you.

5. Optional Removal – If you've added our Removal Service, we'll return at the end of the season to collect your pumpkins and seasonal décor. Whenever possible, the pumpkins are repurposed through local farms as animal feed or compost.

From start to finish, we handle the details so you can simply enjoy a beautifully decorated porch all season long.

Deliveries begin in late September and continue through early October. We carefully monitor the harvest and weather to ensure your pumpkins arrive fresh and ready to enjoy.

You do not need to be home at the time of your delivery. Your setup will take place on your front porch unless otherwise noted and arranged prior to install.

Delivery costs depend on your location. Delivery is free within 15 miles of the B-N area, $25 for 16–30 miles, and $50 for 31–50 miles. If you’re farther than 50 miles, contact us for a custom quote.

Yes! We’ll return after Halloween or after Thanksgiving to clear and remove your pumpkins. You enjoy the display while it’s in season, then we handle the messy part once fall winds down.

Absolutely! We create custom fall displays for businesses, storefronts, restaurants, offices, schools, churches, HOAs, and special events.

Pumpkins can last several weeks, but care is important to keep your display fresh. We deliver fresh, farm-grown pumpkins, so each one is unique. While we strive to provide the highest quality, we can't guarantee the lifespan of your pumpkins and are unable to replace any that may start to rot.

Our pumpkins are cleaned before delivery to remove farm dirt and minimize pests. We'll also share easy care tips to help your display look its best for as long as possible.

We deliver pumpkins in their cleaned state, free from the farm dirt. This first cleaning tremendously cuts down on the pests. They are not chemically treated, we’ll share a few simple tips to our customers to help keep your display looking beautiful as long as possible.

All sales are final and we are unable to refund or credit your purchase.

If you would like to transfer your package to another person or address, please email us. Transfers must be used within the season and do not roll over to the following year. 

We recommend placing your order early! Our schedule fills quickly during peak fall season, so ordering in advance gives you the best selection and availability.

Absolutely. Pickup is an add-on service, not a requirement.

Our standard packages include a one-time installation. If you'd like to refresh your display for a special event or seasonal transition, we'd be happy to create a custom update for you.
